I developed an intelligent solution for real-time monitoring and management of B2C financial infractions, significantly reducing operational risks. I successfully migrated the legacy statement application to a modern ledger system, enhancing data accuracy and reporting capabilities, and structured a robust refund tracking system compliant with Bacen requirements, ensuring efficient reimbursement control and financial transparency.
